Form processing
The website uses Netlify Forms to process submissions. Information submitted through the form is therefore handled through Netlify’s infrastructure as part of delivering the service.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect information against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, or disclosure. We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, related business records, and applicable legal obligations.
Enquiry-list storage
The enquiry list stores product identifiers and requested quantities in your browser’s local storage so the selection can persist between visits. It does not place an order or collect payment information. You can clear it through the enquiry-list page or your browser settings.
Maps and external services
Service-area maps load map tiles from OpenStreetMap. When a map loads, technical information such as your IP address may be shared with the tile service as part of delivering those tiles.
